Depending on the product, our Bean Bags are made from either a Nylon or Polyester fabric and has a PVC coating to make them water resistant and stain resistant. The bean bags are filled with virgin polystyrene beads.

The products can be cleaned with lukewarm water and soap, this is usually enough.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from MyBeanBags.co.uk you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

MyBeanBags.co.uk must be contacted within the first 30 working days after you have received your purchase explaining the reason for the request to return & we will be happy to assist you.

The goods must be returned to MyBeanBags.co.uk in 'as new' condition in it's original packaging. Please include a copy of your original invoice, return authorization number, and form of payment so we can process your refund quickly. Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.
